   Sounds like what you need is PLANTATION, from InterVISUAL Software. It
does that, as well as distributing the rendering across machines on a
network.

   InterVisual's phone is 706-793-4007.

   (I am not connected to InterVISUAL, except I did beta test this product
for them.)
